Bridge Update

Good Afternoon Homeowners,
We finally have some real progress on the bridge. The contract for construction has been awarded to Lucania Construction out of Mission, Texas. The team was out on the bridge yesterday meeting with the city reviewing the site.
We spoke with Mike Donoho at the city this morning. The construction will begin on June 1st and is expected to take 11-14 months. We are certainly hoping for the lower end of that range! Lucania is meeting with TxDOT next week to finalize issues such as safety, traffic, utilities etc. We will continue to communicate as we learn new information after this meeting.
