KACPOA Covenant Advisory Committee

Our objectives are to ensure the legal KACPOA Master Covenant document complies with all provisions of the Texas Property Code, ensures the integrity of the community is upheld by the provisions of the covenants, and provides for a high-level of awareness from the members of the KACPOA. The committee presented documents for voting in 2021.
